This is our project, Mind Over Matter, for the event Mental Health Promotion (MHP) in HOSA. HOSA is a national competition in the US where students compete in different events pertaining to health science. Our event, mental health promotion, focuses on the mental health portion of health science. It is sponsored by CVS health.  We want to promote mental wellbeing in high schoolers across the US as they grow into adults. We have collected data from over 120 students in the US and beyond. From this data, we have developed a social media campaign on instagram backed by science to help teens.

This website aims to provide a space for teens to chat and share helpful tips for stress management and other issues they struggle with. It is equipped with a blog, accounts, member chats, and groups to best support students. We also have an Instagram page, @mind_matters_hs, continually posting our tips and advice.
